2002, CAPSTECH was established.

2004,  HPMC empty capsules (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose empty hard capsules) were developed successfully.

2006, vegetarian capsules were put in mass-production.

2007,pullulan empty hard capsules were developed successfully.

2015-2017, based on years of experience in this field, Genex – an advanced and high standard empty hard capsule factory was built and put into operation, by absorbing advanced technology from other industries, and summarizing advantages and disadvantages of the existing capsule production.

 CAPSTECH became the brand of GENEX Capsule.

Safety of raw material: The raw material of HPMC capsule is natural plant fiber after special chemical modification. Its quality standard is recorded in the pharmacopoeia of United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Japan, and China. The quality is stable and controllable. It is not involved in the metabolism of human body after eaten.

Pullulan Empty Hard  Capsule

Safety of raw material

Pullulan capsules are made of pullulan polysaccharide and auxiliary materials. Pullulan polysaccharide is a kind of water-soluble mucopolysaccharide , which features filming, fibration, gas barrier, bonding, easy processing, non-toxic.

Product  Features:

(1)Fermentation of pure natural plant without chemical additives

(2)Low oxygen permeability, easy to store.

(3)With no pathogenic factors, such as mad cow disease, SARS, H1N1.

(4)No cross linking reaction.

(5)The pullulan capsules have relatively stable rate of drug release and differ slightly in size.

Gelatin Empty Hard Capsule

Gelatin capsule is made of food-grade medicinal gelatin and auxiliary materials through precise processing.

The capsule shell has good bioavailability and can be dissolved quickly, reliably and safely.

Genex is one of the earliest enterprises involved in the R&D and production of HPMC capsules in china. Genex has novel vegetarian capsule production technology which has been tested for years in production and market. The technical level is advanced in China and also approached internationally advanced status.  We already have three vegetarian capsule national invention patents and a number of proprietary technology of capsules to form our own technology reserve system and R & D system.
